RETURN POLICY

RETURN
We have a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility of a return requires item to be in the same condition as it was upon delivery. Item must have tag still attached. It must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

If the item is approved for return we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to mail package. 
Please note, that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGED ITEM
If you received a defective, damaged, missing or wrong item please contact us immediately at rowesouthshop@gmail.com so that we can determine the issue and make it right.  
EXCHANGE
In order for you to receive the item you would like, please begin the return process as soon as possible by contacting us at rowesouthshop@gmail.com
Once the item is received and approved for return we will process a refund and you can place a new order for the desired item. 
REFUND
We will inspect the returned item and let you know if it is approved for return. If approved, you will be refunded on the original purchase method. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
